Brooklyn Bugs returns for its second festival after a whirlwind year of high profile press, touring, and presentations. This year will be highlighted by the first ever BugsGiving Banquet Dinner, the Thursday before Thanksgiving, and will feature edible insects as the primary protein source prepared by Chefs David George Gordon aka “The Bug Chef,” and Joseph Yoon.
There will also be Ento-Cooking Demonstrations, After-School Children’s Programming, UGA Insect Zoo, screenings of the Smithsonian Channel’s “Bug Bites,” and much more…
